Salviati Sassi Bowl Vase Steel Grey 2368

Salviati Sassi Bowl Steel Grey 2368 The Sassi are vases designed by Luciano Gaspari and crafted from a half-tint colored body, mouth-blown and hand-shaped, onto which bands of thick colored glass are applied. The challenge lies in finding the right balance between color intensity and transparency, keeping the glass bands well-defined during application and choosing colors that provide three-dimensionality while blending with the base. The result of crafting these elements with soft shapes is an effect of great fluidity and homogeneity. The first edition was presented at the 1962 Biennale, with subsequent editions dating to 1981. Handmade by the expert artisans of Salviati, located on the island of Murano, Venice. Part of the "Decorative Objects" collection, this Murano glass piece is the perfect expression of the meeting between tradition and innovation. Decorated in shades of steel grey, it is ideal for adding a touch of luxury and beauty to any environment. The craftsmanship, featuring applied relief bands and mouth-blowing, ensures a unique, high-quality piece. Handmade in Italy, this product not only beautifies spaces but also tells a story of artisanal mastery. Perfect for decorating your home or office, it also makes a refined gift for special occasions.
