Inspired by the diving timepieces of the 1950s and 60s, the YEMA Diver is a watch that combines a classic, robust design with distinctive elements.
Featuring a "skin diver" style dial, the iconic broad arrow hour marker, a 39.5 mm diameter case inspired by Monnin, and a double-domed acrylic crystal, this watch offers a charming and authentic vintage aesthetic.
Equipped with the YEMA2000 automatic caliber and a screw-down crown, the YEMA Diver is water-resistant to 200 meters, combining functionality and charm for retro watch enthusiasts.
The arrow-shaped hands are a hallmark of the YEMA Diver, designed with wide tips and coated in Super-LumiNova for easy reading and improved visibility in low-light conditions. The hour hand is short and robust, while the minute hand is long and extends beyond the hour markers, and the second hand features a rectangular lumed pip.
The 316L stainless steel case has a slightly massive profile but is not overly thick, and it fits comfortably on the wrist thanks to its relatively flat design.
The matte black dial, which is slightly sandblasted, houses oversized Arabic numerals and rectangular markers, all treated with vintage-colored lume. The case back, also in 316L steel, features the historic YEMA emblem, stamped with a hydraulic press.
The in-house YEMA2000 caliber offers superior performance with a 42-hour power reserve and an accuracy of +/- 10 seconds per day. This no-date model, which lacks a "ghost" position on the crown, is designed to withstand shocks and vibrations thanks to a new movement design.
