Bulova Curv men's chronograph watch, with dark grey dial and black rubber strap, Model 98A161 The Bulova Curv model, unveiled at Baselworld in 2016, is the world's first curved chronograph watch. In this timepiece, the high-performance quartz movement has been bent and housed in a thin, curved, ergonomic case. This original solution combines technical complexity with the elegance and functionality of the curved dial, which adapts perfectly to the wrist. The CURV movement has a frequency eight times higher than that of a standard quartz movement, allowing the second hand to move in a continuous sweep around the dial, much like that of a mechanical watch.
